Hi

A tank moves during its MPh and as part of this move it changes its TCA.

When it fires in the AFPh does it add +2(ST) case A to the +4 (ST) cases B C combinations?

Cheers

No.

C5.11 says: "All Guns use Case A to fire at targets outside their current CA when changing their CA for a shot in that phase."

and C5.12 says: "The Case A DRM is applicable only to a Gun which made a CA change as part of its shot."

You didn't change the CA as part of a shot, so Case A is not applicable.

Or even better...

D3.51: "[EXC: Bounding First Fire does not pay CA change DRM (C5.13)...]"

I didn't mention that, because the question wasn't about Bounding First Fire, but about Bounding Fire after having changed the CA during the MPh without any shot, which I think was best answered by C5.11-.12.
