Hi!
Thank you to all those who participated in CANCON 2018, the pseudo semi-official de-facto Australian national ASL tournament run in late January on the weekend of our country’s holiday. This is the 26th consecutive year this tournament has been run in Canberra, the capital of Australia.
The general consensus was that the three-day tournament and evening’s entertainment were a lot of fun. Congratulations to the winner.
As to the results:
Winner: Paul Seage
Runner up: Jamie Westlake
Third: Aaron Cleavin
State of origin:
1st - New South Wales City (14 wins – 7 losses)
2nd – New Zealand (5-4)
3rd – ACT (6-6)
The scenarios played in 2018:
1st Round: Choiseul Few (RPT85)
2nd Round: 3rd RTR In The Rain (J43)
3rd Round: Coal In Their Stockings (AP100)
4th Round: Mile Peg 61 (RPT83)
5th Round: Twilight Of the Reich (SP97)
