C8.2 and German Vehicle Note K

According to Vehicle Note K the Tiger's printed APCR Depletion is one higher than normal.
Is this meant to already reflect the effect of 'C8.2 Elite', or does C8.2 make it higher still?

My opinion is still the same. I.e., the printed value on the counter is increased by 1 if C8.2 applies.

I agree with Klas.

It would not make sense to print a depletion number on a counter and then always consider it one higher. Comparing the APCR depletion numbers of a Tiger and a PzIVH nicely reflects the "built in" one higher.

Thank you both, it was the 'higher than normal' that got me wondering.
