From my friend Robert Hammond:
Yes.In Chapter H, on page H134, Belgian Vehicle 14, VCL Mk VI/c47(b),
second note states, “This vehicle may not change VCA and fire its MA
during the same phase…”. Rule C3.22 allows a Gun, including a
vehicular Gun, to change it CA at the end of a firing phase so long
as it can still fire without using Intensive Fire.
QUESTION #1: May a non-turreted vehicle which has not fired change
its VCA at the end of the PFPh as per rule C3.22 so as to fire its
Gun in the AFPh?
Yes,QUESTION #2: May a Belgian vehicle VCL Mk VI/c47(b) which has not
