Does conditional ROF apply to a Gun with a 360 mount? I wish it did, but don't believe so. Conditional ROF (C2.5) applies to "a non-vehicular NT Gun", but C2.3 says "a 360 mount is the non-vehicular equivalent of a turreted vehicle". C2.3 goes on to say a 360 mount Gun is treated as Turreted for purposes of the TH DRM for changing its Covered Arc, seems only logical that it would be considered Turreted for purposes of Conditional ROF, in which case Conditional ROF does not apply. Do I have this right?

Yes, guns that are not NT do not get penalized by conditional ROF. AA guns are almost always in this category, plus there are some other odd cases like the 25-lbr.
