Specifically stated in C13.3 that once a hit is secured random selection is used to determine the target, if there is more than one target, barring a tie in random selection of course.
Also PF does not leave residual FP if you did happen to get a hit. No problem.
C13.4 Bazooka
This weapon does leave residual if you achieve a hit and no need to roll for random selection (all target affect by same IFT roll). Until I am proven otherwise I think that’s right.
