"bumping" and fortified buildings

Well at least this question is not going to take up much time.

I have always been of the belief that a fortified building can be bumped so as to either temporarily reveal or permanently reveal its contents.

Right? Wrong? Other ?

A12.15 applies to entering fortified buildings with enemy units in them. There's no exception for the terrain.

Correct. Last line of B23.922 says loss of concealment rules (A12.15 [Detection]) apply even though the location cannot be entered. If there's nothing there but dummies you can enter.
(A fool rushes in where Klaus and JRV have yet to trod).
Edit: Oops, JR trod there before I could hit "Post."
