Bocage LOS

Is this LOS check correct? B9.52 says "LOS cannot be traced along a bocage hexspine as can be done with a wall (9.2) A bocage hexspine is treated as a normal one-level obstacle in all respects. " So S7 cannot see U7 due to the 1 level obstacle along hexside T6/T7?
