25g Pz MkIII 749(b):
This represents the Valentine II and IV (British Vehicle Note 27) which were used in North Africa. Several were captured and used against their former operators.
Over 4000 Valentine tanks were sent to the Soviet Union so some of those would have fallenninto Whermacht hands and been reused.

29a B2 740(f):
Following the fall of France, the German army employed many of the defeated country's tanks. They would generally be upgraded with better radios but apart from that, as their construction and maintenance facilities had been captured, no further work was needed. Following the invasion of Normandy, they were not that uncommon to encounter. By this stage of the war, they were no longer front line vehicles but the straitened circumstances the Germans found themselves in caused them to use whatever they could find.
This represents the Char B1-bis (French Vehicle Note 13).
