I will be testing some future products at this year's ASLOK along with other members of the BFP team. Proposed new maps and counters will be in use. Feel free to catch a sneak peek--or better yet--come join us in testing a few scenarios.

The Tooz should be there all week PTing. If interested please search him out for a game. Focus will mostly be on BFP 5 Allied Minor stuff. Might be a few large large slugfests, para/glider drops, as well as some quick play 3 hour scens.

Wow so we can expect that next in the pipeline there will be the Allied Minor BFP5 module?

I don't have yet CoS but i'm already looking forward to your next module!

I will not be at ASLOK.

Axis Minors is being developed as a future product.

BFP 5 is Allied Minors focused, but there may be a HASL type release or two between BFP 4 and 5. No timeline. Although much research has already been done for BFP 5, lots of PTing and work today before this would be ready for release.

Yep. I will be bringing a lot of new maps, counters and scenarios. There will also be some Dutch vs Japs.

To add a little more detail to this, there are a variety of different scenarios that Tooz, Sam, and Rick will have at ASLOK for testing.

-large Dutch simultaneous counterattack against Japanese defending an airfield and a village. Definitely relies on BFP 3 counters, numerous options for both sides, and respectable Jap reserve will have to decide where to commit, airfield or village, or divide between both?? Uses one of Fort's excellent AP boards.

-Several glider/paradrop scenarios against Dutch and Belgians. Some using new boards and counters.

-Several scenarios using High Ground boards, some of our new draft boards, and more of Fort's boards.

 Great news, Chas. You guys have put out a bunch of cool boards and as much as I like new boards, I hope you'll keep using your old ones. They have much mileage left in their legs, IMO.

Spencer,

BFP 4 uses DW-1 and one of the ITR boards. Expect to see all of our boards used in future publications.

No Kevin, he "loves" them. Get it right. Well, it is time to come out of the closet. I too love StuGs.

I thought you like StuGs?
He has opened up a Pz IV thread in the chit chat area. Spencer and his StuG must be going through a trial separation.

He is clearly eyeing up the alternatives. Will he go for the Pz IV with +1/+1/+1 TCA modifier or svelte JgPz IV/70 with the 14 armour and LL gun or will he return to domestic bliss with his up-for-anything StuG?

We all knew you were a man of taste and refinement, but the confirmation is nice. :D

??? I'm confused. My "contributions" to that thread were highly StuG-centric. Aside from the occasional T-34/85, there is no question where my loyalties lie....

Sorry, it was my confusion. It was Vinnie who started that thread! Duh!
Never even been tempted by some jailbait petite Hetzer?
