BFP 65 - The shellholes in the palm trees

By SSR 2 there are shellholes in palm tree hexes. Can these be used as +1 TEM?

The SSR states an extra 1/2 MF or MP must be paid. We are assuming that this is a hex entry cost. And that to use the +1 TEM an additional MF must be spent by infantry.

yes..shellholes can be entered. It is Hex entry cost. you would still use the additional 1MF to actually enter the shellholes to get the +1 TEM
