BPF-108 Ceramic City: Polish reinforcements come on ....the north or south edge.....

Q: Does this mean exclusively on one edge only, or the OB can be split to come on both edges?

Usually if they allow you to split, they will say "the north and/or south edge" for the reinforcements. My guess, it is one or the other.

Steve is correct. It's an exclusive choice. They all come in on the north edge or south edge, your choice.
