This vehicle was provided in Last Hurrah and duplicated in PiF. This is the MMP Chapter H note with the PiF counter pictured.

It's on Polish Vehicle Note 6, page H133. The BMG can only fire through the rear VCA, and the CMG can only fire through the left rear TCA.

I couldn't be sure as my memory's a bit dusty, but the Vehicle Notes pages are numbered after the French ones, so you're most likely right.
