After killing SMC as part of overrun. Can it continue moving if MF remaining?

Q: A15.432 May a berserk MMC conduct an Infantry OVR (A4.15)?​

A: Yes, and A4.152 applies automatically. That is, the MMC is subject to neither the NTC nor the increased MF expenditure normally required for an Infantry OVR, and the SMC does not have the option to enter another Location. If it eliminates the SMC, the MMC returns to normal (A15.46) and may continue its MPh if otherwise able and allowed to do so. [An90; An95w; An96; Mw]​

The Q&A doesn't say if it keeps the bonus MFs from being Berserk. I'd assume no (i.e.: "returns to normal"), but further clarification would be nice.

Return to normal = no longer Berserk = no longer have 8 MF. Can't see it any other way myself.

If MF past the normal, non Berserk MF bonus, have bern spent, I would presume that the unit simply cannot spend any MF more?
