Berserker, melee and defensive fire

There are two squads locked in Melee, one German G1 and one Russian R1.

In the MPh another Russian squad R2 is berserk and charges against the Melee hex. It entera the hex. It won’t be in Melee after the CCPh.

In the DFPh another German squad G2 fires on the Melee hex,

1. Can it target only the berserk R2 ignoring the Melee units?

2. Can it target both the berserk R2 and the Melee units?

3. Can it target the Melee units but not the berserk R2?

A7.4 states all enemy (or melee) are targeted. Seems to indicate friendly units are not targeted unless in melee.

The firing unit is outside the melee and is enemy to the berserker. The berserker is attacked because it is enemy, and the Melee (containing one friendly and one enemy) is attacked because it is Melee. If the berserker had been friendly it would not have been attacked.

Correct - but in the OP's situation the German unit was shooting and there was a German unit in Melee.

-a Friendly unit with a First Fire marker,
- into an adjacent hex two MMC are in Close Combat (during the movement phase a enemy berserk unit was entered in the friendly Location.

In the Final Fire Phase if the Friendly unit with the First Fire marker, fire into the CC Location hit ALL units including the friendly unit?

No, such attacks will not attack non-Melee friendly units.
