and the SPW 251/16 ... it gets to fire once out of each side. German note 66.
It isn't a ROF, it is 2 FT one on each side. It is similar to many tanks that have a CMG and the BMG. They both (usually) get to fire in a phase.

which is why the counter has a boxed 2 asterisk. We can construe the FT as similar to a CMG and BMG and that is accurate, but the game system calls is a specialized ROF.

The big difference between the dual FT and the CMG/BMG example of course is one 6,6 takes out both FTs.
