Game 6 was insane! What a finish! And the guy that makes the dumb error winds up winning it. Incredible.

This whole playoff race has seen great, historic baseball.

I totally agree (of course, except for the bit about the Tigers not making it to the WS). On the other hand, out of 32 teams, our Tabbies did make it to the final four. Better yet, they did this on the backs of the Yankees!

As far as I'm concerned, the Tiges have had a very successful year. :smoke:

Why didn't Washington pitch to Pujols??? The man was 1 for 15 discounting game three. MAKE him beat you!

I think the Rangers just screwed the pooch!

What a series.

And i take back making fun of the Texa Rangers. They are a classy organization from their manager on down.

And Tony LaRussa retires. Sad day for me. I've only known 3 Cardinal managers: Whitey Herzog, Joe Torre, and TLR.

It's going to be strange seeing a new manager in the dugout next year.

Yep, I agree. Sorry about the Tigers...........but they eliminated the Yankees so they deserve a special award.

What a way to end the year. My beloved White Sox trade one of their best hitters for two prospects. 2012 looks bleak for me baseball wise. :(
