The IRA (Indonesians) get THH as if they were Japanese.

My question is can they set up some (or all) of their THH HIP as if they were Japanese?

Roger, please see the thread two down from this. Craig and I asked the same question. The answer is yes they can. They are treated as Japanese THH in all ways is the response we received. So they can try for the atmm too.
