A unit advances out of the sewer in the APh with a dr<=4 on the Sewer emergence chart.

The manhole Location is OG and in the LOS of an enemy GO unit.

Does the unit advancing out of the sewer stay concealed, because of the "emerge concealed" clause on the sewer emergence chart?

Huh

is my question too tough?
Or is it too easy / the answer too obvious?
Or did I use bad english in my question?

Can't see any reason why the ? isn't lost due to Advancing in the open.

Sewer rules state that you are advacing out underconcealment, but nothing about retaining concealment during the advPhase.

It is the "emerge concealed" wording of the sewer emergence shart that feeds my doubts.

I can see Your point that normally no one advances concealed into OG.

The way I would read it is that you are given concealment for advancing out of sewer, but still bound by normal loss activities. So advance out into the open and you lose it, advance into a building hex and you are fine.

IMHO.
