a) Is it allowed to "exchange" Squad A and HS B, each under an ADJACENT 1 S Foxhole in the same APh so that each unit ends the APh under the Foxhole?

b) OR must the advance of one unit be completed before starting advance of another unit (ala A 4.2 sentence 3 and 4)?

Overstacking occurs outside the foxhole, so when one Advances into the other hex, they aren't IN the fox-hole.

you don't get to Advance one unit, then Advance another, then Advance the first one any further (ie. INTO the fox-hole)
