[B.10] says any combination of SMOKE, vision (weather), and/or terrain LOS hindrance
FFE is NOT defined as a Low Visibility Hindrance [E3.1]
It's certainly NOT a terrain LOS hindrance. [C1.57] defines it as "just" a LOS hindrance.
[B.10] didn't say ALL hindrance .. but listed out specific types, FFE Hindrances doesn't seem to fit in there.
So .. can FFE LOS hindrance add to the +6 LOS hindrance that renders anything behind "invisible"?
