AT ditches always connect to trenches, they kind of connect to gullies, buildings will be specified in the SSRS.

In the picture is there LOS between the two units? If the Russian wanted to Advance into the German's location would it have to go out of the gully before entering the AT Ditch? Is the AT Ditch connected to all 3 gully hexes?29223

AT ditches connect to gullies. Treat them like trenches.

There is LOS between the units.

The German unit could move/advance from it's hex directly into any of the gullies.

The German unit would not pay to leave the trench.

It may not advance out of the gully and then into the trench?

It can enter the trench only from the open ground portion of the trench hex, but that would permit it to
leave the gully into the hex, then enter the trench during advance.
It isn't a big difference, but losing concealment is certainly one possible problem this would cause since the
trench is in OG.

The Russian cannot advance or move directly into the Trench from the Gully, because the latter is not controlled by their side.
Unless the A-T Ditch was part of the Russian OB, IIRC...which, of course, might not be that case here...

Looks like a german unit in the ditch, so control lost even if they started out with it, yes?
Correct, but Control does not matter if the Entrenchment was part of one's OB.

B27.6:
"Such a move/rout/advance/CC-Withdrawal in the opposite direction, from a non-Crest-status position to beneath an Accessible higher-elevation trench/sangar (as if moving from a connecting Trench), is also allowed if that Infantry unit and trench/sangar are in the same side’s OB and/or the unit’s side Controls the trench/sangar Location."

This was the part I was thinking about.
