Assault Engineer ELR Failure

I am playing a scenario on VASL using Russian 628 assault engineers, one of which suffered a break result that exceeds its ELR. It appears that the HoB toggle does not contemplate this possibility (having never seen me play) and only gives the option of the unit going berserk or fanatic. Morale is not underlined, so is this a minor issue in need of correction?

No, the effort isn't really needed.
Convert to the 527. I think a couple other E non underlined ML have same issue....simple enough to just pull counter instead.

This is a known issue as part of a broader set of issues related to ELR/BH of Russian MMC. Some of it is probably deliberate as there are multiple BH paths for Russian units and so some functionality was deliberately not added to allow/force players to pick the appropriate change by dragging on a new counter.

It is on the list as a bug to see if we can do anything better.
