Maybe there should be a separate section of this site for ASL Starter Kit.

It may be easier for new players to find and get questions addressed
specifically for the Starter Kit.

So the layout may be
General
ASL Start Kit
Rules
Perrry Sez
Off-Topic
etc.

in whatever order you decide.

Just a suggestion to keep ASLRB answers separate from ASLSK answers.

Suggestion has pluses and minuses IMOH. It is a good way for the ASL'ers to learn the differences between the SK and the regular rules. And a good way for the ASLSKers to see what it is in regular ASL by not separating it.
