Section 6.10 states that an acq can apply to other units 'entering that hex'.

Situation. ACQ was created by firing upon a moving enemy unit with a non-moving enemy in the same hex.
Target leaves location acq remains.
May that ACQ then apply vs the remaining unit in subsequent shots as it has not 'entered that hex'

MIND you these are ASLSK rules

When an acquired unit leaves the hex, you can have the (infantry/vehicle target type) follow it if in LOS or remain on another acquired unit in the Location.
The Acq counter remains in the last in LOS Location of a unit which moved and that you were tracking.
Another unit in the Location can be fired at using the Acq counter - most of the time, if it were there when the Acq was placed, it is acquired already.
