Though not explicit, see the MMP product page.

Text there mentions:

...eight scenarios include actions pitting the Poles against the Slovakian army, Russians advancing against Germans, Americans in their struggle against the Italians...

Another indication in that advert page is that the Italian glyph appears on that module cover (and on no others, AFAICS).

Upshot, there are Italian counters therein. Here's a snapshot from my copy of the module:

Would Pitman's Desperation Morale site have the info he wants also?

I don't think Pitman's site goes into the level of detail as to contents (e.g. Names on SMCs) that Reid's does. He (Pitman) is more into editorial commentary on the products than an exhaustive listing of contents. Pitman's site may just answer the original question....maybe.
