It states in the ASL SK#2:

"A routing unit that fails its Interdiction NMC suffers Casualty Reduction, although any remaining HS may continue to rout thereafter".

Does this mean that this Casualty Reducted HS can not be interdicted again in the current phase ? Does it also mean that it can not be interdicted in the next turn ?

Or does it mean that I can interdict again the Casualty Reduced HS in the same phase it suffered casualty reduction.

Thanks

Yes - the latter. It only says that it can continue to rout. Not that it's immune to interdiction thereafter.

Sorry for this stupid question but I wanted to ask:

if I have an broken unit in the Grain/Orchard Hex which didn't move yet during Rout Phase and it is in LOS and within normal range of enemy unbroken/not pinned/not CX unit...does the broken unit still has to Rout ? Though it can not be interdicted as it is not in Open Ground Hex.

Thanks

The broken guy doesn't have to rout, because he's not in open ground.
One can add that if it were in OG, it would become DM.
Being DM is the ticket to allow routing.
