ASL Rule Book pages H172A and H172B

I will be grateful if anyone can answer this one. I have been organizing my collection, and I found a photocopy of page H172B, which includes Chapter A and Chapter H rules for Swedish troops. This appears to have been practically superseded by Chapter Z rules for Swedish Volunteers. My questions are:

1. If there is a page H172B, there should also be a page H172A. Does anyone know what that is?
2. Where was page H172B published?

Those were pages included in the original 2009 release of Swedish Volunteers. Yes, they were effectively superseded by the Chap Z rules included in the MMP Swedish Volunteers Action Pack.
