It didn't take very long for the chickens to come home to roost. This is not a reference to post #60.
Um, please contact me first so I can get the $2K bounty!should go down to thier local recruiter and join up instead of being cowards and making accusations from behind your computers screens.
Hey Scott I know you probably won't reply to this... and frankly don't expect you to...BUT you did kinda throw the match on the wood pile with that veteran status statement.... and maybe we ALL shoud drop the matter here.Guys;
I am not going to be drawn into a flame war over this, please set-up another thread displaying your moral high ground Brian. Evan, please set-up another thread about "Curt" and me debating on my old forum. This thread is about the coming products for 2008.
Scott
NOOOO! don't do it! Join the National Guard, be a flood chaser....BECAUSE then...I...get the 2k bounty:devious:Um, please contact me first so I can get the $2K bounty!
Seriously, though, if someone is interested in joining the Army Reserves, contact me via email and I can help you get there. :flag::salute:
Yup! agree let those involved directly figure it outDon't you all think that this is between the actual parties involved? This thread will lead to no good and anger.
And not have people sanctimoniously judging others from their Ivory Towers?! That is an outrageous suggestion. -- jimYup! agree let those involved directly figure it out
If you are going to call him out, at least have the stones to do it unambiguously. :bite: -- jimIt didn't take very long for the chickens to come home to roost. This is not a reference to post #60.
From me to you Scott, you crossed the line with this post. People are called to serve for many reasons and I commend you for your service to our nation. For you to lable people who have not served cowards is beyond the pale. It shows you lack a fundamental understanding of what it is to be a soldier and a vet. We served to protect people rights of others to be that which they chose to be, even if that includes not being a soldier. We didn't do it for preferable treatment or for people to laud us with praise. We did it because we felt a strong committment to return something to this country which has given us so much, or for college loans, to earn a trade, or any one of a million other reasons. I find your post here to be shameful and lacking a fundament understanding of what it is to be a soldier and a vet. Maybe re-upping will do you some good, you clearly have a lot to learn. -- jimThose of you who's are in an uproar over my stance as far as using my veteran status to publish my SS pack, should go down to thier local recruiter and join up instead of being cowards and making accusations from behind your computers screens.

Scott, how much of a jerk can you be? To make a blanket statement that someone is not a vet is therefore a coward is ludicrous. You have no idea why I never served so you should shut your trap before insulting me. To say your veteran status allows you to break the law you served to defend reveals the true depth of your character.I call it like I see it Jim, if people are going to complain about veteran status yet never served a day in their lives in the military, then they are cowards.
Scott
Thanks Cherper.Okay take this a warning for everyone. Knock it off with the attacks. If anymore occur after this point infractions and more will be handed out to multiple people involved.
Play nice.
Thank you for your service. I did mine and I believe that there are MANY vet here but thankx for your advice.:smoke:Hi-
should go down to thier local recruiter and join up instead of being cowards and making accusations from behind your computers screens.

You know, some of you guys are really taking this out of context (yup, my new word of the day). If you all bothered to read what I post, you will see my comments were directed towards those who critizised my veteran status, not at every tom, dick and harry on this forum. I have already had a few nasty remarks pm'ed or repped to me by very educated people and I am not very educated and yet I did not go off calling people names. To each their own I guess.I guess the fact that I have type 1 diabetes and have had it for the last 35 years making me unable to join any branch of the military makes me a coward.
So be it
Moving on to other things...
It looks like my budget is gonna take a big hit with TPPs next year too. Damn my map fetish..........and if MMP moves stuff off the Preorder list I am going to be a world of hurt
Hi-
Have you checked out my Back in Black SS pack? It is just not another pack of scenarios, it will include the SS order of battle along with rare vehicles used by the SS including vehicle notes.

So to me, this is not just another pack of scenarios but something way more and with substance.
