I note that it's been a month since we've had any posts in the Perry Sez subforum. I can only conclude that this means the community has figured it out, the RB is now perfected, and any and all possible situations that could cause rules confusion are now resolved. With that behind us, let's look forward to a new golden-er era of the game, now that we all fully understand the rules.
