Anyone know roughly when ASLJ 13 will be out? I just received AP13 with boards 78 and 79 and its troubling for an Aspie like me to not have board 77!

The Journal pretty much always comes out at WO.
I'm in the same boat. It took me some mental effort and time to place an order for AP 13 because the time delivery of the boards would be out of sync with the board sequence number.
Don't worry you have plenty of friends of that ilk here in GS and some worse than both of us combined.

The MMP playtest this month was scheduled to be heavy on J13 scenarios, so one could infer that J13 will be out later this year.

Assuming Hatten is a part of J13, it is currently in proofing.
I thought that it was being released as an Action Pack?

The current tentative plan is to put out Hatten as a separate mini-HASL mid-summer, with J13 in early fall.
