TMS 22 says that any AFV with a disabled MA that has not been repaired must remain off board and cannot participate in the next part. After the next part can you attempt to repair that AFV’s MA again?

TMS 24 says units may recombine freely before the beginning of the next part but may not further deploy. Does this apply to reinforcements for that part?

No, TMS 24 occurs before the next part, Reinforcements arrive with the next part.
