2nd - is the entry for the French radios ("10") on counter sheet 2 correct? I'm having a hard time understanding why they'd need more radios than there are OBA countersets in the game system (not to mention what a hard day at the office this would make for the poor German player.) Or am I somehow reading this wrong?

10 is correct. Used in the Dinant CG. Each French company, IIRC, gets one. Although only one can be in contact with the same OBA Module at a time, also IIRC.
