ASL 172 has 5 ATR and 1 Squad for Russian Group 8.

I think an over-print of the number of ? counters

No errata I can find though

Nope; primarily vehicles which were available only in HASLs. We don't assume people own HASLs, so these have now been added to the core via HP. These vehicles already have entries in Chapter H (V2). Not to beat a dead horse but I have had some questions with this as well- so the 5 × JgdPz VI...

As I recall the key here is that the ATRs can set up possessed by members of other groups, i.e. the one squad in group eight does not have to start possessing all five ATRs. The equipment can be doled out to other groups.

That was my take on it as well as ATRs are not units/Guns.

In SSR 1, replace “52R8-EE6” with “52R6-EE6”. In SSR 2, second sentence, replace “units in each group” with “counters in each group” and replace the third sentence with “Crews/Guns from Groups 6-8 must set up in woods/Light-Woods/hill hexes on board(s) 17/44; other units/SW may also set up with Groups 1-5.”.
