There was a server migration. You posted on old server, logged off it and when login again, pointed to new server, hence post to mods is gone.
I guess it is that time of year when some wildlife migrates. ??

Well, this brings me to conclude that you are leading a fast life. A very fast one, in fact. If your velocity is high enough, time might indeed get distorted...

Nope, I'm currently enduring 2020. What year are you in? :p

A very interesting photo.
Since I don't have any references about this particular vehicle, does the book explain what those 10 large circular objects on the exterior armor plate are?
Thanks!
ATMM placed by an obsessive-compulsive demolition engineer?????

Seriously I'd like to know that too.

Engine air intake or armored outlets for engine exhaust
Not engine exhaust since I see two mufflers on the end facing the camera. So now I think they are for crew ventilation.

That is my take as well. I took my book to hand, but there is no special mention about these.
The picture shows an "Artilleriewagen". These were part of Eisenbahnpanzerzug s.Sp. consisting of 12 cars of various types, each of which had their own engine and could move independently.

Doing some reasearch, and found this tidbit in the Canadian Army official history:

Shortly afterwards (referring to the invasion of the Aleutians) mobile defence for the line of the Canadian National Railways along the Skeena between Terrace and Prince Rupert was provided in the form of an armoured train. The train, mounting two 75-mm. guns, four Bofors and two searchlights, had accommodation for artillerymen to man the guns plus an infantry company. It made its first trip between Terrace and Prince Rupert on 29 July, and during the rest of the summer it covered the 90 miles between the two places almost every day.
