Infantry bounce, Tank enters and the enemy may fire his BAZ before the AFV may?

Per the standard rules, a stack moves, the DEFENDER may declare DFF and the ATTACKER may declare a Gun Duel. So it is theoretically possible that the ATTACKER might fire first (perhaps the vehicle is a Sherman with an 11-5 armor leader), but it seems unlikely. I hope that's enough for you to build the rules references you need.
