Gentlemen:

MMP is proud to announce that Armies of Oblivion, the long-awaited final core module, is now up for preorder.

Armies of Oblivion has no preorder number to hit.

Twelve scenarios give ASLers a chance to try out the sometimes odd mix of infantry and vehicles used by the Axis Minor allies, but despite their appearances they are not always a pushover! Comprehensive Chapter H notes for the Vehicles and Ordnance allow ASLers to play DYO and/or assist future designers in creating a slew of great scenarios involving these rarely-used nationalities.

Contents:
4 mounted mapboards (48,49,50, and 51);
6 countersheets (including the infantry reprinted from Partisan!);
Chapter H rules pages;
12 scenarios involving Axis Minor nations;
Overlays (including a board-length river!);

NOTE:
There are two pages from which to order. The first is the full module with mounted mapboards. The second is a no-map module for those who have already bought boards 48-51. We have set a preorder limit of 500 for the no-map version. Once we get 500 preorders for that version, or once the game moves off preorder, that version will no longer be available. This is a preorder special only!
Preorder price (with boards): $84
Preorder price (no boards): $48

Perhaps well after February, judging from the (very dismaying) announcement.

Yep, based on past performance, late spring to early fall is a good(best) result.

Moderate result(most likely) is spring 2005.

Worst case is December 2005 or never... :evil:

I'd expected the ASLRBv2 sometime last summer, then fall. Here it is, December, and there's still no indication that it's ready to send to the printers.

Since ASLRBv2 and BV will most likely precede AoO, I think Ron's got it well pegged.

EDIT: Not that I'm in a rush, as I've got more than enough to keep me busy.

Since it's just a straight reprint, one would expect it would already be ready to send to the printers. I think it's just a matter of finding the $$$ to pay the printer for however many they decide to print.

And this is why MMP will probably not print the ASLRBv2a and BV, until after AoO(which is rapidly approaching 1,000 pre-orders).

Perry indicated that AoO will come out now some time after February.....more like April. He also said the Rule Book would come out after AoO and that Beyond Valor (3) would be out after the rule book. :roll:

It comes without boards only. Everything else is there.
