Explain in 100 words or less, the difference between area fire rules C.4 and C3.33. When would C.4 apply?
What happens when I fire at a concealed unit. I have always halved the FP!
If I fire area a building, isnt the effect halved?

And of course, this is only true if you are refering to Area Target Type and not using Area Fire. The two concepts are unrelated. If you use ordnance to fire at a concealed target, you must add +2 TH DRM (Case K). You do not automatically halve the firepower of the result, however.

If you use Area Target Type against any enemy unit (known or un-known), the firepower is halved if you get a hit [EXC: CH].

So, when our original poster says, If I fire area a building, isnt the effect halved?, the question becomes, what does he mean by "fire area"? Does he mean Area Fire or Area Target Type?
