The defender setup in this scenario states the US player must setup >=2 hexes from all board-edge hexes.
Is the intent here that "board-edge" are only those 4 edges on the outside perimeter of the 3 maps?
Or is a "board-edge" also where the maps butt together, ie where board 92/64 and 64/65 join together?
