The tool bar automatically wraps if the window is not wide enough. You might be seeing that effect.

I did not know you could have two rows on your toolbar. This will revolutionize my life.

You have to set "Use combined application window" to false in Preferences for the toolbar to wrap. At least I can confirm on the Mac, pretty sure for Windows, too.

It's not exactly two rows, the main window is too narrow, so it's wrapping.

The revolution will have to be postponed...

Ah, because mine doesn't wrap. Glad to know there is a setting that will change that.
