Yes since the LOS is in the road depiction as it enters BB6, the elevation difference doesn't matter.

No.

Palm Trees are like Orchards (G4), but PTO "roads" are Paths (G.1) and the Road art is not OG in that case.
eASLRB said:
G.1
No roads exist (all brush-roads and woods-roads are Paths, with no Open Ground in the brush-/woods-road portion of those hexes; Sunken Roads [B4.] & Elevated Roads [B5.] are still in effect but with the road treated as Open Ground);
If an SSR defines the Road art as Road, then Yes, dot-to-dot LOS never leaves the Road art, so Aerial LOS would be good.

The question didn't mention Palm Trees.
And since the map image is VASL...it should show the ACTUAL depiction.

Poorly described at a minimum

Assume that orchards and palm trees and roads still exist per the depiction ... instead of assuming that the OQ had some but not all terrain changes correct. Fred's answer applies. Yes.

Thanks for confirming what I thought gents. And in case you are burning with a fierce desire to know it WAS a palm lined ROAD...and yes I guess it was poorly described ... mea culpa.
