AFV platoon movement & Armoured assault

Hi,

D14.33 allows armoured assault with platoon movement (with restrictions)...

Am I reading D14.333 correctly in that with normal (non HW) infantry movement it allows only one infantry stack to armoured assault with a platoon of AFV?

So you could not move a platoon of 2 AFV, each with a stack of infantry as an armoured assault?

This is correct as both vehicles and infantry must be able to utilize impulse movement. If the AFVs are using Platoon Movement but the infantry are unable to use HW (or Banzai) only one stack of infantry could move with the impulse moving AFVs. If the infantry are using some form of HW impulse movement a single AFV could accompany a single stack of infantry using Armored Assault.
