AFV in CC and OVR...

infantry passes it's PAATC and advances into hex with AFV in the APh and is marked with CC. in the CCPh, the infantry doesn't hurt the AFV. so, they are still marked with CC and not Melee.

can the AFV in their turn of the MPh do an OVR of the infantry, since they are already in the same hex?

An AFV is never held in Melee, but it can (if not in Motion) hold an enemy infantry unit in Melee, A11.15

No; an OVR can only occur when an AFV enters a location, D7.1.

But it could leave, turn around, come back and overrun. Or it could triple point blank fire its machine guns.
