I like the sound of the game part, but the Dale Brown-written storyline gives me huge pause.

Players control an independent "Direct Action" force, called Task Force Talon, as Strandberg explains. "You hear a lot about special forces: Navy Seals, Army Rangers, Green Berets. All of these guys are highly specialized in one field of operations. The Direct Action Doctrine is slightly different in the sense that a Direct Action team is supposed to be able to do anything, anywhere in the world, within 24 hours. They're like the A-Team without the van. And without Mr. T."
Well, the guys analogy is awesome at least. :D

I did happen to see a small preview in PCG. Needless to say I am almost always turned off by the RTS genre minus Superpower 2 of course.

The "twitch" gamer has very few skills when comes to strategy except of course to overwhelm their enemy.

I will be following this game though.
