ABtF Hidden Fortifications - R9.6073

R9.6073 - HIDDEN FORTIFICATION: Each still-hidden Fortification within a Setup Area of the purchaser's opponent is placed on-map.

I'm getting close to finishing the first (night) CG scenario in ABtF and have a question in relation to this rule. Both of the two wires I received for setup at the start are still hidden and we're getting close to the end. Am I right in reading this rule to mean that I only reveal the wires if we end the CG Scenario and they are in a block he controls? So if at scenario end they are in either my setup area or a frontline location they remain hidden?

If so, and it seems that this is the way the rule reads, when do I next reveal them? After we have both setup our forces for the next CG Scenario? When one of his units has LOS to them?

NRBH, but I would say they stay hidden until...

1) after setup if he has LOS to them at that time, or

2) if not at setup, follow the normal rules, i.e., when they are in his LOS.
