Hi

Can a leader recover a SW from a broken squad in the same rally phase he tries to rally the same squads?

Can a squad still deploy smoke when there are gust in a no wind situation?

EDIT: Didn't see the second question you asked.

I believe the answer is yes, despite having sometimes thought otherwise. Existing SMOKE is removed/dispersed when gusts are rolled, but I can't see anything that stops new smoke being placed while gusts apply.
