A26.2, 26.222, and 26.3 Exit Points for captured units

The scenario involves exit VP only, I have enuf captured enemy units to win, but he has a chance to fire on and kill them, before they get off.

Does the CVP/capture section on eliminating the prisoners, by original owning side, apply to exit VPs?:nervous:

I can find no specific mention of this situation, although A20.54 does say "Prisoners/Unarmed units eliminated by fire from their own side still count double for Victory Conditions", which, you could argue, might apply to your situation.

They count double for Casualty Victory points, but they are obviously not exited, and thus don't count for exit VP. So if your opponent kills them before they exit, then you don't win.
