Hi all,
A enemy squad advanced in a concealed Gun's Location in a concealment terrain hex.
The Gun's crew decided not to CC and the squad didn't manage to eliminate the crew during CC.
The Gun thus remained concealed and wasn't locked in Melee.
Now, during the PFPh of the next player Turn, the Gun Prep fires at the squad.
The cdr is 5, so it loses concealment.
Can it Intensive Fire against the squad?
A11.15 says : "Upon losing its "?" such a unit in a Melee Location is immediately held in Melee"
As there was no Melee in the Location, I would consider that it cannot be called a Melee Location, so I think that the Gun isn't locked in Melee and thus can Intensive Fire.
Do I apply the rule correctly?
Thanks in advance correctly?
