Are the Tarawa scenarios on geo boards, the BRT map, or both?

Just read the (revised) description on your website. Never mind!

But, now, how about a preview of the Fox Hill map?

Looking forward to this. For those looking to read up on the battle before playing, I recommend The Last Stand of Fox Company by Bob Drury and Tom Clavin.

We had one of Fox Company survivor's talk at the last Marine Corps B-Day celebration just prior to Covid.

It was a very inspiring talk.

A winter map without towns and stuff.
A true forest fight coming!
Gotta love this map.
Already see future scenarios coming.
I’m wanting to say all of the bushy stuff is brush- but I’m not sure.
It will be interesting to see the differences between this and the CH Toktong Pass map.

Could be...
BUT...
that is what SSRs are for.

From what I can see...
being that a non-ASL standard map symbol for Brush is being used, a designer can declare it to be whatever he wants.

We designed all of the scenarios using the BRT Maps and the extension that is located on the LFT site. Besides the original scenarios in the module, only one other scenario "Drive Along the Beach" from BFP's Blood and Jungle ever used this excellent map. We felt the BRT module deserved more use than that. Also most of the original scenarios focused on Red Beaches One and Two. This left a lot of new ground to fight over on Red Beach Three and the tail of Betio. We hope these scenarios allow everyone to break out their old but rarely used Tarawa maps.

I'm curious if there is any update on LFT's France '40 HASL that is under development?

This historical French ASL is a blast to play.
One of the scenarios that I helped playtest turns out to be the best French scenario that I have ever played.
This project is a mostly infantry event with an accurate French Town map.
While in France, I walked the actual town of INOR with the LFT crew and the map is VERY accurate.
It does include some guns and vehicles and scenarios that can fit every desire for size.
town - plaines - woods - hills - deep forest
small - medimum - large - very large scenarios
This is a must for every early war fan.

That sounds promising.

There is 'Dinant' of course, but that river crossing and boat thingy might not be something for everyone.

True.
The Dinant River Crossing rules, while realistic to a degree, are too complex for FUN play (in my opinion).
The River crossing simplier rules in a BFP river crossing project (under development) are much simpler, easier, and fun to play.
