Is a TI leader allowed to voluntary rout with a MMC?

I would say YES - but I have some doubts.

I would agree A10.711 v2 just says:

"10.711 VOLUNTARY ROUT: A non-berserk, non-pinned leader already stacked with a broken unit before it routs may elect to rout with the broken unit even though he is not broken ...."

The only three limitations I see is that the leader must be 1)non-berserk, 2)non-broken, and 3)already stacked with a broken unit.

So, I would say a TI leader can voluntarily rout normally,

I agree too. A TI unit may not move or advance, but says nothing about routing.

A.3 says: "Whenever a rule refers to a non-vehicular unit's inability to move, it refers only to movement in the MPh."

So the fact that it cannot move, doesn't restricts its capabilities in the RtPh.

A routing unit may never move ADJACENT to a Known enemy unit, unless in doing so it is leaving that enemy unit's Location. Otherwise, a routing unit may move toward an enemy unit. Assuming it can abide by the previous requirements, a routing unit must move to the nearest (in MF) building or woods hex (even if overstacked) unless that route is through a Blaze or unbridged Water Obstacle.
This stray use of the word "move" appears to be an anomaly in A10.51 v.1. Otherwise the section uses "rout" instead of "move."

The word "move" is used occasionaly in A10.51 of v2 of the ASLRB as well.

thx to all for helping

I agree with you all, but would like to point out that for Voluntary rout it is better to be TI than being Pinned.
In most other instances it is better to be Pinned than to be TI.
Is this an anomaly?
